This Guarantee ensures that eligible participants walk away from their strategy session with at least one actionable and meaningful Breakthrough Insight. If we are unable to deliver that, we will pay you $1,000 — no strings attached.

The following Terms and Conditions outline the eligibility criteria, conditions, claim process, and exclusions that apply to this Guarantee.

Definitions

Applicant

Means all individuals residing within a single household who are collectively seeking to participate in or benefit from the services or offer described herein. Where the household comprises only one person, that individual is deemed the sole Applicant. Where the household comprises more than one person, the term Applicant refers to each and every individual residing in that household, collectively and jointly.

Net Income

Refers to the total household income remaining after all recurring loan repayments and mandatory deductions have been accounted for. This includes:

• Income tax
• Superannuation contributions
• Ongoing repayment obligations including:
  • Home loans
  • Car loans
  • Credit card payments
  • Personal loans
  • Student loans (including HECS/HELP debts)

Net income is assessed using verifiable documentation such as payslips, tax returns, and loan statements.

Mortgage Cash Surge Strategy Session

Refers to a promotional consultation previously offered by Asset Inspired or its partners. Participation in such a session (even under a different name) counts as prior participation for this Guarantee.

1. Eligibility Requirements

• Australian Residency: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Financial Position: Either:
  • Property Owner: Owns a residential property in Australia for at least 5 years.
  • Non-Property Owner: Meets one of the following:
    • Combined household cash savings of $150,000 AUD
    • Combined superannuation balance of $200,000 AUD
• Minimum Income: Combined gross taxable household income of at least $100,000 AUD per annum, supported by documentation such as payslips, tax returns, and loan statements.
• First-Time Participant: Applicant must not have previously attended a strategy session.

2. Participant Obligations for Guarantee Activation

The Applicant must:

• Attend and actively participate in a scheduled video conference session lasting at least 30 minutes.
• Submit all required documentation within 72 hours of the session, including:
  • Mortgage statements
  • Payslips or income proof
  • Loan summaries
  • Budget overview
  • Super/investment statements
  • Tax returns if requested

3. Definition of a “Breakthrough Insight”

Includes any one of the following outcomes:

• Identifying a strategy to unlock at least $2,000 in monthly cash flow
• Confirmation of borrowing capacity and investment readiness
• A roadmap to acquiring 1-3 investment properties in 5 years
• New strategies based on superannuation or tax-effective approaches

4. Exclusions and Disqualifiers

The Guarantee is void if:

• The session isn’t completed in full
• Documentation isn’t provided in time
• Information provided is false or incomplete
• The applicant doesn’t meet income/property requirements
• The applicant is uncooperative or disrespectful
• A previous session or claim has occurred in the same household

5. Claim Process

1. Submission: Email support@assetinspired.com.au within 5 business days of confirmation.
2. Include:
   • Reason for the claim
   • Confirmation of timely document submission
   • Full name, contact details, session date, bank details
3. Review: Session and documentation will be assessed within 14 business days.
4. Payment: If approved, $1,000 will be transferred via EFT.

Note: One claim only per household. Asset Inspired’s decision is final.

6. Right to Amend or Withdraw Offer

Asset Inspired may amend, suspend, or withdraw this Guarantee at any time. Changes apply only to future participants.

7. Privacy Policy & Data Handling

Personal and financial data will be used for session delivery and analysis. It will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). For full details, refer to Asset Inspired’s privacy policy.

8. Financial Advice Disclaimer

Information provided is general in nature and not personal financial advice. Applicants are encouraged to seek professional advice before acting on any insights shared.

9. No Guarantee of Financial Outcome

Asset Inspired does not guarantee financial outcomes. All projections are indicative only and subject to change based on market and individual circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to $1,000 AUD per household. Nothing in these terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.

12. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms represent the full agreement. If any part is invalid, the remainder shall remain effective.

13. Acknowledgement & Consent

By participating, the Applicant agrees to these Terms, consents to data use, and acknowledges all conditions and limitations of the Guarantee.

14. Marketing Consent

Applicants agree to receive promotional communication from Asset Inspired. Opt-out is available at any time via unsubscribe links or direct request.
